Dotty Happy Birthday

This card was fun fun fun to put together.  I so love the embossed background and most def need to use it more often. 

The Details:  PP scraps, washi tape, Stazon, birthday hat confetti, leftover Cricut-cut letters, Paper Studio embossing folder, PTI white card stock, Glossy Accents, Hero Arts letter stamps, Stampendous Birthday stamp.

I'm entering this in Seize the Birthday with Optional Texture Topping, Less is More #146 Designer Paper in CAS Way and Ribbon Carousel #187 Holidays & Celebrations.
