My card features Santa (yes, Santa!) but the hat changed out and colored up leprechaun style.  He's so flipping cute! I can imagine him doing a jig around his treasure, can't you?

CDD February Release Recap 1

Now that the February release is available in the shop, we are going to show you a few more inspiration projects to get your creative juices flowing.  First up for me uses the Pot of Gold set.   Did you notice the clouds on the gray background? Hard to capture in the photo but so snazzy irl. And I love, love, love her hair.  I'm so not Irish but I am so very rainbow!

St. Patrick's Fraternal Twins

Fraternal twin cards today for two sisters who are fiercely competitive.  So two cards largely the same but not.

I am loving my new Copics!  Practice, practice, practice!  Everything was done with Copics here except for the skin (I don't have Copics in that colorway yet), the buckles and clover on the pot (these were Smooch so have pearly glitter that I can't capture in the photo).  The first I colored in my usual way and the second I used flicking.  So so much easier to flick with Copics vs. Spectrum Noirs.  The rainbow is also the fat side of Copics and a ruler.  Easy!

This is a fun cleaned and layered card with lots of texture and shine.  I cannot tell you how many variations I tried of this card, only to go back to the original concept.  Go with your gut!
