Hummingbird Iris

I completed my first Lawn Fawn Iris card!  Woo hoo!  I love how it turned out!

I had a friend lead me through the steps but the video is really informative too.

You'll find a list of products I used below as well as the Copics.  I used Clear Wink of Stella too but you can't tell much in the pics.

Whimsy - Oopsie

I'm dreaming of being on a beach right now with no one around me but I KNOW this would happen anyway.  LOL!

I used the Whimsy Wavy Pierced Rectangles Dies to create a stencil for the waves in the background. I sponged it with Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers.

The clouds and island are Whimsy Build an Island Dies.  I used my Copic airbrush to color in the sand. I spoonged the palm trees with Distress Oxide Mowed Lawn.

I colored up the Hippo Fun in Sun set with Copics.  This image cracks me up.  It's just too too cute!

Dandy Day

I've found it hard to craft recently with all that's going on in the world but I'm getting my mojo back a bit.  Thank goodness!

Whimsy - Human Birthday

Time for the Whimsy Stamps April release--no foolin', human! I'm pairing the new Over the Moon set with the Moon Background. So fun!

I started the card by using a variety of Distress Oxides on the background and spattering it with Copic Opaque White.  I accidentally swiped one of the still-drying spots and discovered shooting stars and galaxies!

I then created a slider channel.  Next up I colored up the Over the Moon image and Moon Background using Copics.

Lastly I stamped and embossed the sentiment and assembled the slider mechanism. My nephew is going to love this!
