I have a lot of the Waffle Flower Postage Collage sets so have been going to town with color combos. I'm showing the results of the poinsettia stencils today.
With the first card I went with a muted blue/brown color combo that comes off a bit countrified. I like it lots.
- Catherine Pooler Dress Blues & Stone Blue
- Distress Ink Vintage Photo, Antique Linen
- Distress Oxide Weathered Wood
Next I worked up one with a more traditional but still fresh color combo (bottom right).
- Distress Ink Antique Linen, Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron, Mustard Seed, Festive Berries, and Worn Lipstick
The top left card is my fav of the lot. I was inspired by the JAI colors below brightened up a bit with Catherine Pooler inks.
- Catherine Pooler Flirty Fuschia, Pucker Up, Melon Ice, Cumberbund, and Party Dress
I'm entering the top one in Just Add Ink #729 Colour.
