This topic is one I love and dread at the same time. I LOVE steampunk but I don't have a lot of it since I tend toward the cute. Not that steampunk can't be cute but sort of creepy cute. LOL.
Coloring up this seahorse took a fair amount of time, in part due to finding a rusty color combo I was satisfied with. My Polychromos helped grunge it up more. The background was cake compared to that. Mmm, cake.
