Puffer Fish Birthday
I love love love puffer fish. They're so creepy cute! I masked and created a cluster of puffer balloons being hauled along by another puffer. The googly eyes are like icing on the cake. Mmm . . . icing.
I'm entering this in The Paper Players #400 Celebration, Seize the Birthday Anything Goes
The Details: Hero Arts I'm a Puffer for You, Craftin Desert Divas Ocean Borders, stencil made on my Cameo ages ago, Distress Oxides, Darice Googly Eyes, Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics and Multiliner 0.3, Ranger Glossy Accents

A rainbow of puffer fish balloons - definitely creepy cute and original! :P Awesome masking and background, too. Nice to see you over at Seize the Birthday!
ReplyDeleteFabulous, creepy yes but I have to say the buggy eyes sort of make them funny . Perfect background for them.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE your fun, bright balloons, Toni. I can see how you were inspired on this one. It's fabulous. I'd love to have you play along with us at Word Art Wednesday - always Anything Goes and we have awesome prizes. I hope you will stop by to check it out when you can.

You did a fabulous work on this Puffer Fish birthday card! Everything from the color choices to the texture and cuts looked great my friend. At one of the Chicago event venues I also would be attending a mermaid themed birthday party of my niece and would surely be making a DIY card for that. If you have any inspirations, please let me know.
