SOSS #146 - P is for Pink Halloween
Today marks the start of the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #146 P for Pink Halloween. Halloween is my favorite but throwing pink into the mix throws me off usually but not this year. Hot pink Gelli print to the rescue!
I cut the print out using a Honey Bee Deckled Edge Rectangle die and adhered it to the card front that I had stamped using the Whimsy Illusions background stamp with Distress Oxide Twisted Citron.
Next up I stamped the Whimsy Zombie Boy image with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored him with Copics. I love the expression on his face!
Final steps included stamping and embossing the sentiment using Versamark and Ranger White Super Fine Detail Embossing Powder, with the retort printed on my label printer, and adding a few Whimsy Dracula Going Batty bats.

Happy Fall to One and All
This card makes me do a happy dance. It features everything I love about fall: changing leaves, harvest, Halloween, and chilly days and nights. Yippee!
I first diecut the Sunny Studio Comic Strip die out of Sunny Studio Colorful Autumn 6x6 Paper. I then made tick marks with a pencil to demarcate the boxes for coloring each scene.
In the upper right and left scenes, I used Sunny Studio Scenic Route, partially masking the houses to keep them in their own box.
I also tossed in the trick-or-treaters and a pumpkin from Lawn Fawn Spooky Village.
For the bottom right sentiment box, I ombre-colored the background with Copics, stamped a few Sunny Studio Woodsy Autumn leaves and stamped the sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black onto the Sunny Studio Comic Strip speech bubble and card base.
I used a ton of Copics for this card, given the different images as well as different times of day. So worth it tho.
For final touches I added the raccoon and tree to the lower left scene, popping up the top of the tree on foam tape. The speech bubble is popped up too.

Woodland Hugs
My entry for the Christmas Kickstart #21 Woodland Creatures. Finally. I had an idea for the previous challenge, which I've now forgotten, but no matter since I never got around to it anyway. I'm also entering this in Simon Says Wednesday Christmas.
I sponged the card base with Distress Oxide Broken China, Shaded Lilac, Worn Lipstick and Mustard Seed. I diecut the Mama Elephant Winter Forest Cover twice. Once planned and the other later to cover up inky fingers. I stamped the Mama Elephant Fuzzy Hugs image with Memento Toffee Crunch and colored it up with Copics. I stamped the sentiment with Distress Oxide Broken China and used a Marvy Snow marker on their cottontails.

ATCAS #170 - Plaid
Time for another Addicted to CAS Challenge! This time our inspiration word is "Plaid."
I stamped the MFT Sweet Birthday Wishes image then sponged the Newton's Nook Snowfall stencil using Distress Oxide Broken China.
I colored her up with Copics then paper-pieced her dress using MFT Plaid Patterns Merry and Bright 6x6 Paper.
The sentiment is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black.

Whimsy - Ellie's First Christmas
Oh, this Ellie's Question image from Whimsy Stamps is so darn cute! I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored her up with Copics.
I coordinated the colors with the background paper which I had cut out with a Wavy Pierced Rectangle and a Pierced and Stitched Circle Die.
I used a white pigment pen to add lots of details to the ornaments.
I didn't use a sentiment since the image and background paper do that for me. I just added a little candy cane twine to finish the card off.
