Today marks the start of the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #146 P for Pink Halloween. Halloween is my favorite but throwing pink into the mix throws me off usually but not this year. Hot pink Gelli print to the rescue!
I cut the print out using a Honey Bee Deckled Edge Rectangle die and adhered it to the card front that I had stamped using the Whimsy Illusions background stamp with Distress Oxide Twisted Citron.
Next up I stamped the Whimsy Zombie Boy image with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored him with Copics. I love the expression on his face!
Final steps included stamping and embossing the sentiment using Versamark and Ranger White Super Fine Detail Embossing Powder, with the retort printed on my label printer, and adding a few Whimsy Dracula Going Batty bats.
Fantastic background, haven't attempted any Gelli printing yet. Love your card, the expression on his face is priceless. Fab. Job.

ReplyDeletePink throws me off as well...purple I could do as I could match it up with green, orange or black...but the pink I always struggle with.
