SOSS #211 - W for Wicked

The latest challenge at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers is #211 W for Wicked.  So many directions to go with this one.

I happened to have been searching for a different stamp set when I rediscovered this one from AALL & Create. How perfectly wicked!

I'm very pleased with my coloring of the dress on this. I used warm grays for that and cold grays for the cape so there would be a clear difference.

ATCAS #221 - Stripes

Are you ready for another Addicted to CAS challenge?  This round we're asking that you use stripes on your card.

I made a holiday card using a rainbow for my stripes. Isn't that scene cuter than cute? 

   

I tossed about the idea of adding a sentiment around the mountain but ultimately settled on faux snow globe. I added the lightly sponged clouds to the card base because it just felt a little naked.  Weird as I generally like plain old white for my CAS cards.

I used some leftovers to create this card, cutting the poinsettia out of a mixed media panel I had abandoned. I added some glitter gel and mounted everyting on a foiled panel with a foiled sentiment.

I made mine into a Christmas card by drawing holiday lights on the elephant and adding a Santa hat.  Its expression is so very very apt.

ATCAS #220 - Flower

This round at the Addicted to CAS Challenge we're asking for you to use a flower on your project. Easy peasy for this flower-loving girl!

 

I watercolored my flowers then added Inktense shadowing.  I had noticed the tip of the pink pencil had oxidized or something but paid it no mind so was surprised/not surprised that oxidation turned out to be a separation of the colors so I had purple shadows when it mixed with the Zig pink. Fab result!  

Btw, the oxidation was just the outside; the interior of the pencil was the whole color.
