SOSS #209 - U for Underwater
Hey, chums! Are you ready for the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #209 U for Underwater?!
I immediately thought of one of my snarky shark sets (That's right. I have more than one. Wanna fight about it?) The lights trailing from the great white's mouth cracks me up. Maybe a poor fisherman bit it (LOL) while decorating his boat or maybe the shark is getting ready to decorate his own abode. We'll just never know.
ATCAS #219 - Friendship
Come join us for the latest Addicted to CAS Challenge #219 Friendship.
I lightly stenciled the corner of the card base, colored up the image with Copics and stamped the sentiment. Voila!

ATSM #428 - Birthdays
It's birthday time at Addicted to Stamps and More! Birthday cards are the ones I make the most after holiday cards. Now if only I would remember to mail them! LOL.
I used sprays on the background and set that aside to dry. I then took my new Art by Marlene neon paints (LOVE them--fantastic applicator and amazing coverage and more vibrant than the pic!) and added a few lines of paint to scrap cardstock then used my brayer to spread it. It dried pretty fast, just a couple-three minutes.
I then stamped my images and fussy cut them out and adhered them to the background. I printed the sentiment on my printer and used a Copic Multiliner to outline the words.

Winter Sports
I thought about putting the bear on an action wobble then realized that would probably raise the cost of postage due to thickness. I don't want to price myself out of sending holiday cards!

SOSS #208 - L for Layers
Oh my goodness, how I love the card I made for the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #208 L for Layers. One of my sistahs said I should have colored his "carrot" blue. So true! What a lost opportunity!
My card is full of layers: multiple layers of gesso, ink, and paint along with paper layers and embossed layers too.

ATCAS #218 - One Layer Card
The latest Addicted to CAS Challenge is #218 One Layer. I used a Marvy Snow Marker that puffs up when you heat it but I'll still count it as one layer if you will (and even if you don't!).
I used an MFT bird that I've had in my stash a year or two, having purchased this during holiday sales in either 2019 or 2020. Yikes!
