It's Any Occasion time at the Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #449. What a great opportunity to build your holiday card stash like I've done. A twofer!
For the first card I . . . actually make that for both cards, I used the Pinkfresh Studio Festive Leaves Layering Stencils and Merry & Bright Hot Foil Plate with coordinating dies.
I used more traditional greens and red for the first but once I decided to hot foil in pink, I diecut some glitter circles to cover up the red. I like the color combo on this one but prefer the overall look of the next card.
I spattered water and Copic Opaque White on the stenciled background before cutting it out then gluing the diecuts to the card base. That added dimension is a great effect.
I also used the reverse hot foil for this one so there's just an icy shimmer along the edges of the sentiment. I love it!
I'm entering this card in ABC Christmas Challenge L for Lots of Layers (or M for Mice if you're so inclined).
