Stars Can't Shine

I had watercolored a galaxy background a long while back and thought of it when I saw Inkspirational's Space challenge.  I diecut a portion of that background for this card and stamped and embossed the sentiment.  I spattered white watercolor paint on the navy background cardstock and mounted the galaxy panel on sticky-back foam.  I finished the card off with a sprinkling of rhinestones and dots of Glossy Accents for shine.

The Details:  Distress Inks and Gansai Tambi watercolors, Versamark, Stampendous Detail Fine white embossing powder, Simon Says stitched rectangle die, Avery Elle Look Up sentiment, Glossy Accents, Recollections white 110lb cardstock base, Bazzill navy cardstock

I'm entering this in Inkspirational #81 Space, Mod Squad Encouragement
