Bright baby card

This baby card is for a colleague from Uganda whose wife just had the cutest baby girl.  Bright happy card for a bright happy couple!

The Details:  mystery designer paper from my kid sis, PTI sentiment and cardstock base, VersaFine, Hampton Arts clear embossing powder, silver brads, Spellbinders die
