My favorite part of this birthday card is the layout with the jungle to the side and the sentiment and parrot peeking out--very interesting balance.
Distress Inks to color up the greenery, washi tape for the base grass (two layers for lush thickness), jungle leaves stencil in the background for a touch more depth. Notice the mirror board for the binoculars? My intention was that the recipient could see themselves reflected (you party animal, get it?) but they're too small. I'll keep that idea in mind for the future tho.
