Today is Amy Tsuruta's birthday!!! Happy birthday, girl! If you know Amy, you know she loves pineapples--both in her mouth and on her cards. We were talking about them a couple of weeks ago and she mentioned that she had amazing pineapples on a vacation she took with her momma to Mexico. I didn't even know they grew them there, did you?
