Snowbird

I've been practicing coloring nature images.  First rule that I always, and I do mean always, forget--do the background color wash first!

The Details:  Stampendous Snow Bird, Hot Off the Press Snowflakes sentiment, Distress Inks, Paper Studio embossing folder, Artist's Loft watercolor paper, MFT stitched rectangle die, Recollections white cardstock base, mystery navy blue cardstock, Scotch foam tape

    The background wash is so subtle and the bird coloured perfectly. The touch of snow on the berries looks so realistic. Great to see you again at TIME OUT x
