Thanks So Mush!

Practice makes perfect, as they say, and it's so true with the Lawn Fawn Magic Picture Changer Dies. I watched the video, made a tester version then finally "got it" and came up with this card.

Sooooo cute!  I stamped the little gnome scenes from the Lawn Fawn Oh Gnome! set with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Copics.

I then used the Lawn Fawn Magic Picture Changer Dies to cut them out. I cut then stamped and colored with my first version. Cutting after is so much easier.  Duh. I know.

Both sentiments are stamped in Versafine Onyx Black. The speech bubble sentiment is from Mama Elephant Stackable Cuties. I wish I had used my MISTI to stamp it so I could have done it again for even more boldness.

I cut out the main cover up panel using Doodlebugs On the Farm 6x6 paper. Isn't that floral pattern adorbs?  I used the Lawn Fawn Magic Picture Changer Add-on to cut out the frame and pull tab.

The picture changing really is magic. Whoever came up with this idea and turned it into a die is super genius!

Notice the Lil' Inker Stitched Woodgrain background?  I found that in my unused stash so am happy to be using leftovers!

SOSS #130 - O is for Ombre

Time for a new Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge which is all about ombre! This is one of my favs because you can do so much with it. The colors, of course, but you could play upon hombre/ombre. You're welcome to the idea!

My card features stenciling in ombre-style along with a grumpy duck who is as ready for sunny weather as I am. So ready!!!

I like coloring ducks.  They require so few Copics.  :)

Whimsy M1 - Baby Dragon

Oh, my goodness! The Dragon Egg image is simply adorable! And quite a timely Whimsy release for me since I just learned of another pregnancy at the office. They say they come in threes so I best prepare myself for one more baby card this year!

I started the card by diecutting the Up in the Clouds dies. See how they are both stitched on the outside and pierced on the cloud itself?  So brilliant!

I sponged the background using Distress Oxide Mustard Seed, Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers. I spattered that with water before adhering a few of the pierced clouds with Ranger Multi Medium Matte.

I colored up the Dragon Egg image using Copics and nestled him down into the largest cloud diecut. Isn't he so cute!

ATCAS #154 - Fluffy

It's time for a new Addicted to CAS challenge!  This time the inspiration word is "fluffy." Now if there's someone who knows about fluffy, it's me. I'm not fat, I'm fluffy!  LOL.

For my card I decided to use the MFT Ewe Are the Best set which I haven't used in forever. Seems like it anyway. It's so cute!  I created nooks and crannies in the sheep's wool using Copics then went over the top with a white pigment pen. Fluffy fluff!

The Details:  MFT Ewe Are the Best, Memento Tuxedo Black, Inkadinkado Masking Paper, Copics
