I don't know that I've ever used stencils in quite this way before without going all mixed media.  I'd say it was a successful experiment.

I have to admit my card for the latest Addicted to CAS Challenge #224 Kids cracks me up.  

I knew I wanted to use a goat but it wasn't until I looked at the card later that I realized the sentiment relates to kids too. Ha!

ATSM #433 - Birthdays

I've been in the mood to use NBUS (never been used stash, I think) so out came these birds for the latest Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #433 Birthdays.

I had everything intention of watercoloring them but I love the colorful background so much I didn't want to detract from it so left them black and white for a different sort of pop.

HLS Christmas - Gold

The latest Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge has the option of gold.  I can never resist a bit of gold so pulled out a fantastic double foiled panel I had made from the negative of a TE Foil It panel.

I hot foiled the negative on DecoFoil Toner Sheet in magenta then foiled again with the gold. Swoon! I used a thick gold glitter cardstock for diecut sentiment so it would really pop out.
