Hey, Darlin'

I just received this adorable cowboy set from Doodlebugs!  It was hot as Hades when I was making it but all that literal elbow sweat was worth it!

I started by sponging scrap cardstock with Distress Ink and Oxide Vintage Photo which I spattered with water and die cut. While that was drying I sponged the card base with clouds then colored up the figures. I used denim spritzed with Copic 0 to create the texture on his chaps--love that weathered look. From there I assembled the card, stamping the sentiment last. It's just too cute!

I'm entering this in Simon Says Wednesday Use a Die or Punch, Watercooler Wednesday Masculine Anything Goes, Addicted to Stamps and More #301 Anything Goes

The Details:  MFT Saddle Up and Celebrate, Mini Cloud Stencil, Spring Scene Builder and Gingham Galore 6x6 Paper, Craftin Desert Divas Desert Border, Distress Ink Vintage Photo, Distress Oxide Vintage Photo and Salty Ocean, Versafine Onyx Black, Memento Tuxedo Black, Ranger Multi Medium Matte
